Continuing learning constitutes a major part of Chef Paul Wong's professional development. He has progressively attained the elementary, intermediate, advanced and master chef qualifications in Chinese cuisine awarded by the Chinese Culinary Institute which empowered him to excel in his profession. After accumulating work experience at five-starred hotel and renowned catering group, Chef Wong opens his fine-dining Chinese restaurant and serves as the Executive Chef. He also actively participated in competitions which earned him various accolades. With his passion in Chinese cuisine, strong interest in food cultures and profound Chinese culinary knowledge and skills, Chef Wong has developed his unqiue cooking style by adapting indigenous ingredients and cooking techniques from around the world.
