Master Chef Liu Bin is an advocate of innovative dishes and nutritional cuisine. He studied under Zhou Yuanchang, the leader of China's top ten famous chefs in Shanghai’s creative cuisine. During his successful career he has collected many accolades and withhold prestigious positions including the Executive membership of the Famous Chef Committee of China Cuisine Association. 

He has been National Judge of China Hotel Industry and Judge of China International Western Cuisine Competition, China Hotel Industry Five-Star Famous Chef, "Shanghai Top Ten Executive Chefs", "One Belt One Road International Gourmet Skills Competition" Gold Award, "International Culinary Art Master" and Oriental Cuisine "Culinary Artist".
