The rosé has slowed down its uninterrupted run of the last 15 years extending to 23.6 million hectoliters, this is the most significant figure that emerged from the data processed by the World Rosé Observatory on the results for 2019, therefore, pre-pandemic. Italy, however, is moving well and the anticipations on 2020 sales, thanks to the performances of Prosecco Rosè (40 million bottles between October 2020 and April 2021) and the initiatives of the Rosautoctono Institute herald a summer of great development.
