Ingredients

- Yellow chicken 1pcs
- Leek 60g
- Ginger 20g
- Garlic 20g
- Sesame paste 50g
- Red chilli oil 30g
- Sichuan pepper 20g
- Peanut 10g
- Sesame 5g

Method

1.Remove the internal organs of the chicken, clean the blood, add the leek and ginger, salt marinate for 1 hour

2.Put the scallion and ginger in the water, put the chicken into the fire, cook for 8 minutes, close the cover and simmer for 15 minutes, and remove the cut pieces
3.Mix the sesame paste, garlic and ginger, and red chili oil and Sichuan pepper oil.
