Ingredients

- Flour 250g
- Salt 5g
- Baking powder 5g
- Yeast 5g
- Water 30 g
- Pork belly 100g
- Duck fat 50g
- Duck meat 200g
- Soy sauce 10g
- Scallions 10g

Method

1.Mix the flour, baking powder, yeast, salt, and water.

2.For the filling, finely mince the pork belly and duck meat, then mix with the duck fat and scallions, and season with salt and soy sauce.
3.Wrap the meat with the dough and set aside for half an hour. Steam for 5 minutes.
