HAWTHORN CAKE WITH OSMANTHUS

Ingredients

- 300g deseeded hawthorns
- 30g osmanthus blossoms in syrup

Method

1.Steam the hawthorns for 40 minutes until tender.

2.Blend to a smooth pulp and then transfer to a mould and set in the freezer for 30 minutes. Add the osmanthus.
