CRISPY GLUTINOUS DUMPLINGS

Ingredients

- Black sesame 200 g
- Sugar 50g
- Glutinous rice flour 200g
- Lard 20 g
- Hawthorn 30g

Method

1.Mix the sugar and water with the glutinous rice flour to make a dough, and add a little lard.

2.For the filling, mix the black sesame, sugar and lard. Set aside.
3.Wrap the black sesame filling with the sticky rice dough and fry until golden.
4.Make a dipping sauce. Combine the hawthorn with the sugar and water, and cook for 30 minutes. Blend to a smooth puree.
