SALT & PEPPER BEEF SHORT RIBS

Ingredients

- 150g Australian beef short ribs

For the marinate
- 5g shallot minced
- 5g garlic minced
- 3g salt
- 5g sugar
- 2g white pepper powder
- 5g chicken stock powder
- 3g soda powder
- 10g corn flour
- 1nos fresh egg
- 20g fresh garlic minced
- 2g chili diced
- 10g garlic minced crispy fried
- 3g spring onions
- Salt
- Pepper
- Frying oil

Method

1. Marinate the short ribs with the above mentioned ingredients and keep in refrigerator for at least 4 hours


2. Prepare hot frying oil, fry the short ribs till golden brown

3. In a hot pan, sauté fresh minced garlic, chili, spring onion till fragrant and add in the crispy short ribs

4. Season with salt and pepper and crispy garlic and serve
