Ingredients

350g cod fish

500g Japanese pumpkin
25g mozzarella
Frying oil

Method

1. Cut the codfish into dices and fry till crispy and gold. Set aside


2. Cut the pumpkin into small dices and steam. Set aside

3. Put cod and pumpkin in the wok on low heat, add mozzarella, stir and serve
