Ingredients

200g fresh durian

50g flour
30g butter
30 Chinese shortening
Frying oil

Method

1. Mix well flour, butter and shortening to obtain the puff pastry


2. Wrap the fresh durian in the pastry

3. Knead it into a swan shape or in the shape you prefer

4. Deep fry until golden
