Ingredients

- 80g green beans, cut into 5cm lengths
- 80g bitter gourd, cut into 3cm half moons
- 80g lotus root, cut into 1.5cm slices
- 2g white sugar
- 2g salt
- 3g black vinegar
- 3g minced garlic
- 3g chicken bouillon powder
- 20g chilli oil

Method

1.Cook each of the vegetables in boiling water and then cool in a bath of iced water.

2.Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well to combine.
