STEAMED ORGANIC SPINACH WITH RED QUINOA AND CAMELLIA OIL

Ingredients

100g organic spinach

30g chopped garlic
5g Camellia (tea seed) oil
20g cooked red quinoa
2g naturally fermented soy sauce

Method

1. Wash the organic spinach and drain.


2. Add the camellia oil, chopped garlic and soy sauce and mix well.

3. Put it into a steamer and steam for about 100 seconds at 95 degrees, take out and mix well.

4. Sprinkle with steamed red quinoa to serve.
