STEAMED SHRIMP CAKE WITH SCALLION

Ingredients

2-3 Servings


Tiger shrimps 250g

Water chestnuts 100g
Chopped onion 15g
Cornstarch 5g
1 egg white
Olive oil 30g

Salt 5g
White pepper 2g

Method

1. Wash and drain the tiger prawns and shrimp, then chop them into mush.


2. Chop the water chestnuts and squeeze out the water then add to the shrimp paste, add salt, white pepper, egg white and cornstarch, mix well and put into a plate. Steam in a steamer on high heat for 5 minutes and take it out.

3. Sprinkle the steamed shrimp cakes with chopped green onion.

4. Heat the olive oil in a pan and drizzle it over the shallots.
