STEWED LAMB LEG

Ingredients

- 200g lamb leg
- 10g mint
- 5g coriander
-3g chilli flakes
-10g salt

Method

1.Thinly slice the lamb leg meat and t hen cook in boiling water until just cooked through. 

2.Use the remaining lamb bone to make a lamb stock and season it with salt. Combine the lamb leg meat with the other ingredients.

3.Finely chop the herbs and mix with the chilli flakes to make a dip sauce for the lamb.
