Ingredients

- 200g lamb leg
- 10g mint
- 5g coriander
-3g chilli flakes
-10g salt

Method

1.Thinly slice t he lamb leg meat and t hen cook in b oiling water until just cooked through.

2.Use the remaining lamb bone to make a lamb stock and season well with salt. Combine the lamb leg meat and the broth.
3.Finely chop the herbs and mix with the chilli flakes to make a dip for the lamb.
