Ingredients

- Lamb rack 1.5kg
- Onion 100g
- Carrot 50g
- Scallion 50g
- Celery 30g
- Salt 20g
- Cumin 30g

Method

1.Soak the lamb chops in cold water for 4 hours.

2.Mix the vegetables and spices together with the lamb chops and marinate for 6 hours.
3.Heat the oven to 160℃ and roast for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
