Ingredients

- 250g boneless chicken leg, skin on
- 250g lemongrass
- 15g salt
- 10g sesame oil
- 10g chilli oil

Method

1.Cut the chicken into strips and marinate with the salt, s esame oil, and chilli oil for 30 minutes.

2.Using a sharp knife, separate each stick of lemongrass out into a net.
3.Wrap the marinated chicken in the lemongrass and roast until cooked through.
