Lemongrass is the protagonist of this dish aromas. This Sauvignon Friuli Colli Orientali DOC harmoniously enhances all the flavours of the dish contributing to amalgamate them in a unique taste.
The aromas of mint, pepper and tomato leaves of the wine are excellent partners of the spices on which the smoked carp is cooked. The Sauvignon elegant freshness and its powerful persistence balance the smoky aftertaste.
