Ageing: 10 months in stainless steel vats
Golden yellow colour tending to amber. Aroma with intense notes of candied fruit and citrus fruit with hints of eucalyptus, sage and apricot. On the palate is well balanced with predominant notes of apricots, dried figs and hints of candied fruit and canned peaches.

This fragrant and intense dessert has a powerful match with a Sicilian "nectar" from Pantelleria. The candid fruits aromas of the Nes pairs very well with the fragrance of hawthorns and osmanthus.
